Terms of Service
These terms apply to applying for and attending the trainings and workshops organized by Wenova Education through the edu.wenova.io site.
1. The service provider

2. Subject of the service
The provider delivers business trainings and workshops related to artificial intelligence. The specific content, date, location and duration of a given training are set out on that workshop's page.
3. Application and formation of the contract
- Applications are made through the website, by email sent to workshops@wenova.io.
- Submitting an application does not automatically confirm participation; the contract is formed upon the provider's confirmation (and, for paid training, upon payment of the fee).
- The applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
4. Fees, discounts, request for payment and payment
The official participation fee is HUF 120,000 + 27% VAT (HUF 152,400 gross) per participant.
The provider currently offers a 20% discount, so the current fee is HUF 96,000 + 27% VAT (HUF 121,920 gross). With a valid coupon code, the coupon further reduces the already-discounted (net) price by the coupon's percentage; discounts stack (each applied to the running price). The final payable amount is shown at application and on the request for payment.
After a successful application, the provider sends a request for payment (proforma invoice) to the email address provided, for the final discounted amount above. The amount must be settled within 3 working days of receipt; otherwise the place is not guaranteed. Anyone who has not settled the participation fee by the end of the working day before the workshop may be excluded from the workshop. We issue an invoice for the paid fee in accordance with applicable law.
5. Withdrawal, cancellation, refunds
As a consumer, in the case of a distance contract you may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.); in the case of a service, if performance begins and is completed within 14 days with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may cease.
For a paid participation fee, the following refund applies depending on when you cancel:
- cancellation at least 4 days before the workshop: 100% of the fee is refunded;
- cancellation 3 to 1 days before the workshop: 50% of the fee is refunded;
- same-day cancellation or no-show: no refund.
The provider may, in justified cases, postpone or cancel the workshop; in that case the fee paid is refunded in full.
6. Obligations of the parties and liability
The provider delivers the advertised content and quality. Participants may use the workshop materials for their own purposes only. The training is aimed at knowledge transfer; the provider is not liable for the business results the participant achieves by applying what was learned. This does not affect mandatory liability.
7. Photo and video recordings
Photos and video recordings may be made during the workshop. The provider and its partners may use these for marketing and communication purposes, including social media platforms and websites. If you do not want to be recorded, please let us know before the workshop or on site at workshops@wenova.io, and we will do our best to accommodate this.
8. Complaints, disputes
You can submit complaints to workshops@wenova.io. As a consumer, you may also turn to the conciliation board of your place of residence. These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
